Reflection: DELTA AIRLINES

Today, I went to DELTA FLIGHT MUSEUM and Mr. Kart talked us.

DELTA's slogan is 

            "KEEP CLIMBING"

[IMPORTANT THREE THINGS FOR DELTA]

1. Operation of Airplane

   

   ・DELTA is doing to departure on time because Time is most important thing for      passengers.

2. Things what passengers want to

   ・DELTA wants to adopt many new generation systems, for example, on line check-in system.

   ・DELTA is including about Atlanta Airport to become cozy good. 

   

3. Employs' happiness

    ・DELTA hopes DELTA's employs become happy.

    ・DELTA guess employs' happiness is worth doing for job.

    ・If employs feel worth doing for job, it will connect to deal with passengers.

    ・Finally, they those things connect to business. 

[ABOUT ASIA]

・Mr.Kart said Asia is bigger market than other areas and Asia's business is big so, DELTA focus on Asia.

・In July 9th, DELTA will open a new route that fly Seattle to Shanghai.

・Now, DELTA focus on Seattle and Detroit because they are located near Asia.

[About Japan]

・DELTA's flights are flying to Narita from 7 The U.S' cities.

・DELTA focus on Japan about member of employs and routs next The U.S.

・DELTA is supporting for Kei Nishikori who is Japanese tennis player and Yomiuru Giants which is a Japanese professional baseball team. 

・DELTA supported for Japanese earthquake, too.

[My Opinion]

・DELTA is a good company because it take care of employs at first.

・I guess Asia will become big so, their choice is good.

・After saw DELTA museum, I knew DELTA has long long history.

Delta Airlines was created Huff Daland Dusters, incorporated, an aerial crop dusting operation in 1924 in Macon of Georgia.
Formed with Huff Daland Duster, the first true crop duster, the plan was deployed to combat the boll weevil in 1925. Delta Air Corporation owned the plane. Delta Airlines moved to Monroe in 1925.
Collett E. Woolman, is one of the original directors, purchased the company in 1928, and renamed it for Delta Air Service.
In 1929, it begin to carry passengers.
In 1941, the company moved to Atlanta.
The company renamed it for Delta Airlines in 2008.

Delta's corporate headquarters is located on Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This location has served Delta's headquarters since 1941. To housing Delta's corporation headquarters, Heartsfield- Jackson is also the home of Delta's technical Operation center which is Airline's primary maintenance repair and overhaul arm.

Delta airlines is opening of maintenance field in Narita International airport of Japan in 2014.  Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka are connected to the U.S  by Delta airlines.

・You can order Room service 24 hours.

・It has massage room and it has 10 rooms.

・It has huge party room and bar.

・It is doing house garden and it is making honey. To make honey is only Atlanta.

・Employs' restaurant is free.

・Four Seasons Hotel think dogs are a member of family so, dogs can stay hotel.

・The sweet room is $4300 per night.

・Atlanta is business city so, weekday are more expensive than Saturday and Sunday.

・If guests like furniture, the guests can buy it from Four Seasons Hotel.

・The CEO is 83 years old but, he still move around the world.

Today, Mr. Imai talked us about Coca-cola at THE COCA-COLA COMPANY.

[Information of COCA-COLA]

Coca-cola is drank by 207 countries in the world.
North Korea and Myanmar are not drinking Coca-cola now.
Coca-cola is the most famous cola in the world and 2nd is Pepsi cola.
THE COCA-COLA COMPANY's CEO said employs we will achieve two-fold sales until 2020.
The founder didn't think for profit. He thought please drink good taste drink.

[Georgia coffee]

Georgia coffee is the most famous canned coffee in Japan.

It is a large part of the sales.

Now, convenience store is selling brewed coffee so, it is a enemy of Georgia coffee.

[I・RO・HA・SU]

[I・RO・HA・SU] is the most famous mineral water in Japan.
Mr. Imai said us water is not different other one.
Coca-cola made new plastic bottles that is can smash for I・RO・HA・SU.

Bland value is more important than employes for Coca-cola.

SNS are good tools to spread about Coca-cola.

YouTube is a good tools, too because the cost is cheep if you make movie.

To development package is important.

Coca-Cola wants to make happy life for people.

Coca-Cola is a good company because its purpose is to make happy life for people.

Coca- Cola has hungry spirit so, Coca-Cola thinks I want to grow up more!!

First of Coca-cola was medicated liquor.
This flavor was wain, cocaine and extract of coca.
In 1885, John S. Pemberton sold them as "French Wine COCA".


After that, no alcohol campaign was begin so, the coca-cola's employs thought "French Wine Coca will not sell".
They used soda water instead of wine.
In 1886, M・Robinson named "COCA-COLA" and they sold them.

Reflection: Georgia Department Of Economic Development

In May 9th, I went to Georgia Department Of Economic Development and I learned many things from　Mr. Joseph.

[Why Georgia has many companies' Headquarters]

・Georgia is a good place for business.

・Georgia can transport easily for Europe and South Africa by ships.

・Georgia has many harbors.

・Regulations are loose.

・Quick start in Georgia trains employs.

[About Japanese companies in Georgia]

・KuBoTa, TOYOTA, YAMAHA, MISTUBISHI HITACHI and more Japanese companies advance to Georgia.

・First Japanese company is YKK.

・Mr.Joseph said Japanese companies cherish their employs so, Japanese companies are the best country in another countries' companies.

・Japan is number 5 about trade.
